Our Approach

The key to our business consulting approach is to help business leaders, through Strategic Development, turn their dreams into reality.

In a book titled Judgment, Noel M. Tichy and Warren G. Bennis have identified three critical domains in which leaders must make judgement decisions on: People, Strategy and Crisis.

Through our Strategic Development approach, we help leaders make the right People judgement decision. Having the right talent in the right seat on the right bus headed in the right direction will then impact the Strategy and Crisis judgment decision the leaders are faced with.

We offer our clients objective advice and recommendations based on years of experience assessing people.

To reach our conclusions and recommendations which will help leaders make those critical people judgment decisions that will further impact their strategy and their judgement in time of crisis, we

  1. Conduct a needs analysis
  2. Conduct a gap analysis (to identify the gap between where we are and where we want to be)
  3. Identify possible solutions
  4. Conduct a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats)

To succeed in Strategic Development, we first help leaders determine who is on their team by assessing what team members may bring to the table in terms of empathetic  outlook, practical thinking, systems judgment, sense of self, role awareness and selfdirection.  We then take the team through a three parts process consisting of:

Strategic Thinking is the key to assuring that the organization is prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.  Strategic Thinking is a meeting of the minds where collective creativity reveals novel, innovative strategies to create a sustainable advantage and to create the possibilities for success significantly different from those of the present.  Strategic Thinking is a divergent, creative, synergistic team effort.

Strategic Planning puts into operation the potential and possibilities developed  through  Strategic Thinking. It is a much more analytical, conventional and formal process.

Strategic Commitment focuses on what the level of engagement on the part of the managers and the employees looks like and it gives the leaders the tools to achieve it, measure it, track it and maintain it.  It moves the organization from compliance which is too often the norm to acceptance and support on the part of every employee.

If you wish to implement our Strategic Development approach in your organization, we are only a phone call away.
